OTR Class A CDL Dry Van Truck Drivers

• $.54-.70/mile - Based on experience and location
• $0.02/mile raise available after 45,000 miles are run.
• $500 Orientation pay
• $1,500 Sign on bonus paid out $125/week for 12 weeks
• $0.005/mile Veterans bonus available with valid DD214.
• Detention, layover, breakdown, and stop pay options available
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset - not guaranteed on weekends
• Our freight runs many states including but not limited to MO, KS, AR, OK, NE, IA, KY, IL, IN, OH, PA, CO, TX, LA, MS, AL, ID, WY, MT, ND, and SD.
• Paid time off and benefits available
• Dry van freight - 100% no touch
• $4,500 Referral bonus if you refer a friend! $600 at referrals first dispatch, then $75/week for up to 52 weeks as long as the referral is hired.

• Earning $1.30/mile + FSC for all loaded and unloaded dispatched miles
• After all expenses our driver's average $1,450/week to $1,650/week.
• $5,000 Sign on bonus - $3,800 over 12 weeks fully offsets your escrow account, then $100/week for 12 weeks
• $500 Orientation pay (paid on your first paycheck the following Friday)
• $4,500 Referral bonus if you refer a friend! $600 at referrals first dispatch, then $75/week for up to 52 weeks as long as the referral is hired.

Driver Requirements:

• 6 months of CDL A experience crossing state lines within the last 24 months
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 year
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
• No SAP or refusals within 10 years
