LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both operational and project-based financial activities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist with the month-end close process, including financial reporting
  • Support accounts payable functions, including check run processing
  • Assist with project-related financial processes and tracking
  • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
  • Ensure timely completion of recurring financial reports
  • Assist with audit requests and internal inquiries
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with financial systems
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Pay Details: $24.00 to $31.00 per hour
