Full-Time | Home Every Night
Join our team at our Westerville Plant located at 3145 Walnut Rd, Hebron, OH. Drivers enjoy local routes with daytime schedules, typically between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on daily workload and delivery volume.
Position Overview
We are hiring Class A and Class B CDL Drivers to operate ready mix concrete trucks between plant locations and customer job sites. This is a great opportunity for dependable drivers looking for stable, local work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
- Safe driving record required
- Active DOT qualification required
- Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
Experience
- Concrete mixer experience preferred, but not required
- Willing to train qualified CDL drivers
- Heavy-duty truck driving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance including fueling, checking fluids, tires, and lights
- Operate and maintain ready mix concrete truck safely
- Clean mixer between loads using water hoses
- Inspect concrete consistency during operation
- Ensure delivery tickets are completed and returned properly
- Maintain safe access and unloading procedures at job sites
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Represent the company professionally at all times
