Responsible for preparing, packaging and labeling of meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, and ribs. Follows Costco standards for food preparation and sanitation. Cleans and sanitizes the Service Deli, deli equipment and deli utensils. Maintains a clean work area. Restocks supplies as needed. Provides a high level of member service. Job Duties Packages, wraps, seals, weighs, and labels products manually and with a manual wrapping machine. Utilizes carts and rolling racks to perform daily duties. Stocks and rotates display case. Restocks and assembles large boxes of ingredients and supplies in the prep area. Slices vegetables for salads, entrees, and garnish on prepared foods. Assembles party trays, meals, and salads. Skewers and cooks chickens, ribs and all protein in commercial rotisserie ovens or combi ovens. Inserts up to eight skewers with chickens or ribs into rotisserie rotator slots, presses button to rotate for loading.
